10. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned item(s), using the original payment method. Refer our Shipping/Refund/Return and Cancellation Policies.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company will use reasonable efforts to notify customers of known delays, disruptions, or unavailability related to a Force Majeure Event via the website, email, or other appropriate communication channels.
3. Suspension of Obligations
Order fulfilment, delivery timelines, product availability, or website services impacted by a Force Majeure Event may be suspended or delayed for the duration of the event and a reasonable recovery period thereafter.
4. Duty to Mitigate

5. Customer Options
If an order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time due to a Force Majeure Event, the customer may choose to:

b) request an alternative item if available, or
c) cancel the order for a refund of any amounts paid for undelivered goods.
6. Extended Force Majeure
If the Force Majeure Event continues to materially affect operations for more than [30/60/90] consecutive days, the Company may cancel affected orders without further liability, provided that any payments for undelivered items are refunded.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MV Selection Ltd, and its parent company, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) made by a third party that result from:

- your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
