We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and accept the terms of this policy each time before they place an order through our website or any of our online platforms.

Shipping

  1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered or communicated to us is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery (customer unavailable) will be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
  2. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by 2–3 days. Delivery delays can also occur due to external factors.
  3. If there is a significant delivery delay, we will contact you via email or phone. You can return the delayed item once received by following our return policy and refund will be processed according to refund  policy terms and conditions.
  4. You may not be able to cancel your order if:
    • Order has been dispatched.
    • The item is a pre-order, customised product or purchased during a sale, discounted, or clearance event .

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery within 48 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • The unboxing video must be unedited, uncut, continuous, showing package address and defect clearly with proper lighting.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help you with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned must reach us within 14 days from the date of receiving the items delivery.

       2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Complaints will be accepted only if reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with a 360° parcel opening video.
  • The unboxing video must be unedited, uncut, continuous, showing package address and defect clearly with proper lighting.
  • Minor manufacturing defects like loose threads are not eligible for return.
  • Slight colour differences due to photography or display settings are not considered defects.

Sale, Discounted, and Clearance Items:

  • Items purchased during a sale, discounted, or clearance event are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty and damaged.
  • No Returns on Sale/Discounted/Clearance Items: These items are sold at a reduced price and are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on items purchased under sale, clearance, or with a discount unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If a sale, discounted, or clearance item is found to be damaged or defective, you are entitled to a return. Complaints will be accepted only if reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with a 360° parcel opening video.
  • The unboxing video must be unedited, uncut, continuous, showing package address and defect clearly with proper lighting.

Return Shipping Costs and Refund

  • If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you the return shipping instructions including drop off instructions, and we will select nearest possible drop off location based on your location. Customer is responsible to follow our instructions and repack safely and drop the item to the drop off point by following the instructions within 4 days of receiving our instructions.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customer should repack the item and must use a tracked service to return the item to ensure the item reaches us safely. Tracking details must be send to sales@mvselections.com.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/cancellation. We will inform you whether the refund is approved.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels, packaging, and tags intact.
  • If returned products show obvious signs of use, the return will be rejected and no refund will be offered.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Issues Not Considered as Defects

  • Small knots or bumps in threads
  • Uneven threads joining border and body
  • Slubs – tiny knots of residual thread
  • Minute gaps around motifs
  • Dye bleeding (common in power loom sarees)
  • Loose threads used for Bandhani tying and dyeing
  • Colour mismatch due to device display differences

These Are Considered Defects

  • Tear in the saree
  • Incorrect length / Size.
  • Missing blouse piece (if originally included)

The Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Return the item: Once you’ve received return instructions, please send the item back to us within 14 working days using the provided address in return instructions.
  3. Return Approval :  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/cancellation. We will inform you whether the refund is approved.
  4. Refund Process: After receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Not Eligible for Return / Refund

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are faulty or damaged:

    • Sale, Discounted, and Clearance sale items

    • Innerwear (e.g., underwear, bras, shapewear) for hygiene reasons

    • Blouses and other intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, nightwear) for hygiene reasons.

    • All bespoke/custom-sized orders or pre-order items unless it is damaged.
    • Jewellery items (for hygiene reasons).
